Refund policy

Zero Høur ("we," "us," "our") stands behind the quality and integrity of every product we manufacture and distribute. This Refund and Return Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, and procedures governing all refund and return requests submitted by customers ("Customer," "you," "your") who have purchased products through the official Zero Høur website at zerohoursupps.com. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms contained within this Policy in its entirety. This Policy applies to all orders placed through zerohoursupps.com and does not extend to products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers, resellers, or secondary marketplaces. Zero Høur assumes no responsibility for products obtained outside of official channels and such purchases are not eligible for any form of return, refund, or replacement under this Policy.

To initiate a return under this Policy, the Customer must contact the Zero Høur Support Team by email at Support@zerohoursupps.com within the applicable return window as outlined in this Policy. The email must include the Customer's full name as it appears on the order, the order number associated with the purchase, the email address linked to the account, and a clear and detailed description of the reason for the return request. Upon receipt and verification of the request, the support team will provide return authorization along with specific shipping instructions for returning the product. Returns that are sent without prior written authorization from the Zero Høur support team, or that are shipped to an incorrect or outdated address, may experience significant processing delays or may result in the complete denial of a refund. Zero Høur is not responsible for returns that are misrouted, undeliverable, or otherwise mishandled as a result of the Customer's failure to follow the return instructions provided.

Once a subscription renews and a second payment is processed, the Zero Høur Guarantee no longer applies to that order or any subsequent orders placed under the same subscription. Renewed orders, including the second subscription payment and all shipments that follow, are considered final once they have been billed and entered into the fulfillment and shipping process. Refunds for renewed subscription orders will only be considered in cases where the product is returned in a completely unopened, unused, and unaltered condition with all original packaging and factory seals fully intact. Items that have been opened, even partially, or show any signs of use, tampering, or repackaging are not eligible for a refund once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched from the Zero Høur facility. It is the Customer's responsibility to inspect all shipments promptly upon delivery and to contact the support team immediately if there is a concern with the condition of the product received. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may impact refund eligibility at the discretion of Zero Høur.

All returned products must be shipped back in their original containers with all factory seals completely intact and all packaging unaltered and in the same condition as it was received. The product must be physically received at the designated return address provided by Zero Høur in order to complete the return process and initiate the refund. Refunds cannot and will not be issued for products that are lost in transit, discarded, partially returned, or received in a condition that does not match the requirements set forth in this Policy. Once the returned item has been received at the Zero Høur facility and has undergone a thorough inspection to verify that it meets the eligibility criteria outlined herein, a refund will be processed and applied to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times for refunds vary depending on the Customer's bank, credit card provider, or payment platform, and Zero Høur is not responsible for any additional time taken by third-party financial institutions to post or reflect the refund on the Customer's statement. Customers should allow a reasonable processing period following confirmation of the refund before contacting their financial institution with inquiries regarding the status of the credit.

Products that have been opened or used in any capacity, return requests submitted beyond the applicable return window, items purchased through unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces, and products that have been altered, repackaged, or are missing any original components are not covered under this Policy and are not eligible for a refund or replacement. In the case of bundles or promotional packages, the entire bundle must be returned in full and in qualifying condition in order to be eligible for a refund. Incomplete bundle returns, including those missing individual items from a multi-product package, will not be processed and will be returned to the Customer at their expense. Customers who are found to repeatedly request refunds, submit multiple return claims across different accounts, abuse the terms of this Policy, or engage in any form of fraudulent or deceptive behavior may be permanently excluded from future orders, refunds, and participation in any Zero Høur programs at the company's sole discretion. Zero Høur reserves the right to deny any return request if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of abuse, manipulation, or intent to exploit the protections offered under this Policy.

Exchanges are not offered under this Policy or under the Zero Høur Guarantee. If a Customer has ordered an incorrect item, or if preferences or needs have changed following a purchase, the Customer must complete the return process as outlined in this Policy and place a separate new order through the official Zero Høur store at zerohoursupps.com. Replacement products for items that arrive damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable will only be approved and shipped following a full review and verification by the Zero Høur support team in accordance with the terms and procedures described in this Policy. Replacement requests are subject to product availability and Zero Høur reserves the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement if the original product is no longer available or if circumstances otherwise require it.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer in all cases. Zero Høur does not issue prepaid return shipping labels, reimburse shipping fees, or cover any costs associated with the return of products under any circumstances. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method when returning products to confirm delivery and to protect against loss or damage during transit. Zero Høur is not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit, stolen, damaged during shipment, or otherwise fail to arrive at the designated return facility. Proof of shipment does not constitute proof of delivery and refunds will not be issued until the product is physically received and inspected at the Zero Høur return facility.

The Zero Høur Guarantee applies exclusively to the first order placed under a subscription as part of the welcome offer. This guarantee exists to protect customers in the rare case that a product arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable. It does not operate as a satisfaction guarantee or trial period and should not be interpreted as an unconditional right to a refund for any reason. To qualify for a return under the Zero Høur Guarantee, the item must remain sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging with all factory seals and labels intact and unaltered. Any product that has been opened, used, partially consumed, or tampered with in any way is not eligible for return or refund under this guarantee. Customers have ninety days from the date of confirmed delivery as indicated by the carrier's tracking information to initiate a return request under the Zero Høur Guarantee. Requests submitted after this window has closed will not be honored regardless of the condition of the product.

A United States based support representative will review and respond to all inquiries within one to two business days of receipt. Zero Høur reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior written notice. Continued use of the Zero Høur website and subscription services following the posting of changes constitutes the Customer's acceptance of the revised terms. By purchasing from Zero Høur, the Customer agrees to all terms set forth in this Policy and acknowledges that the Zero Høur Guarantee applies solely to the first subscription order as described above.
