This Subscription Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures that govern the cancellation of any active subscription placed through our website at zerohoursupps.com. By subscribing to any Zero Høur product or service, you ("Customer," "you," "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Policy in its entirety. This Policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Zero Høur, and any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the subscription service following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

All subscriptions offered through zerohoursupps.com operate on a recurring billing cycle as selected by the Customer at the time of purchase. Subscription intervals, product selections, and pricing are confirmed during the initial checkout process and are subject to the terms agreed upon at that time. Zero Høur makes every reasonable effort to ensure that subscription details, including billing dates, shipment schedules, and product availability, are communicated clearly and accurately through the Customer's account dashboard and confirmation emails sent at the time of enrollment. It is the Customer's responsibility to review all subscription details upon enrollment and to monitor their account for any upcoming billing or shipment notifications. Zero Høur assumes no liability for charges incurred as a result of the Customer's failure to review their account information or correspondence in a timely manner.

To cancel an active subscription, the Customer must submit a cancellation request through one of the following methods: (a) logging into their customer account at zerohoursupps.com and navigating to the subscription management section, or (b) contacting the Zero Høur support team directly via email at Support@zerohoursupps.com. Cancellation requests submitted through any method other than those outlined above may not be processed and Zero Høur cannot be held responsible for any charges that result from improperly submitted requests. All cancellation requests must include the Customer's full name, the email address associated with the account, and the relevant subscription order number to ensure accurate and timely processing. Upon receipt of a valid cancellation request, the support team will confirm cancellation via email within a reasonable timeframe. Until such confirmation is received, the subscription remains active and subject to all applicable billing terms.

In order to avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, a cancellation request must be submitted and received by the Zero Høur support team at least one business day prior to the scheduled billing date associated with the subscription. The scheduled billing date can be found in the Customer's account dashboard under the subscription details section. Requests submitted after the billing deadline may not be processed in time to prevent the next scheduled charge. Once an order has been billed and entered into the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified. Customers are encouraged to submit cancellation requests well in advance of their renewal date to allow for adequate processing time. Zero Høur operates on standard business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), and requests received outside of business hours will be processed on the next available business day.

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining accurate, current, and complete billing and shipping information associated with their subscription account at all times. This includes but is not limited to credit card or payment method details, shipping addresses, email addresses, and contact information. Missed deliveries, returned shipments, or billing errors resulting from outdated or incorrect account information are not the responsibility of Zero Høur and will not qualify for refunds, credits, or reshipments once an order has been processed and dispatched. All recurring subscription charges will continue as scheduled until a cancellation request has been properly received, processed, and confirmed by the Zero Høur support team. It is the Customer's obligation to verify that any requested changes to their account or subscription have been acknowledged and implemented before the next billing cycle.

Zero Høur reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or restrict any subscription at any time and without prior notice if fraudulent activity, unauthorized payment use, repeated chargebacks, abuse of promotional programs or discount codes, or any other behavior deemed inconsistent with the intended use of the subscription service is detected. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be permanently restricted from future purchases, subscription enrollment, or participation in any promotional programs offered by Zero Høur. Any determination of fraudulent or abusive activity is made at the sole discretion of Zero Høur and is considered final.

Zero Høur reserves the right to update, amend, or modify this Subscription Cancellation Policy at any time without prior written notice. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. It is the Customer's responsibility to review this Policy periodically. Continued participation in any Zero Høur subscription program following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any modification to this Policy, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription in accordance with the procedures outlined above.
